Happy Fathers’ Day and Day #3

 

First of all I would like to wish all the Daddy’s out there a Happy Fathers’ Day!!!! May God bless your journey and for those who’s daddy’s are in heaven they are an angel taking of you. 

I have always been a daddy’s  girl and will continue to be!!!

Okay day 3 on the master cleanse was a bit difficult because they BBQ ! here at my the house.  There guacamole, rice, salsa, grilled chicken and carne asada (insert drool) The smell of the grilled onion was mouth watering buy I am very proud of myself I just smelled them and kept to my cleanse.  I am feeling amazing.  I can see in my face that I have lost some weight.  Even though weight loss is part of it this is not the number 1 reason why I am doing this cleanse.  I am doing it because my body has been asking for me take better care of it and it’s time that I do so.  I am doing this cleanse to detoxify my body and to start on a life journey of healthy food and exercise. 

Today I much better I have more energy.  My headaches are gone.  I am still feeling hungry although is less now.  I did an adjustment to the sea salt flush that I drink on an empty stomach in the morning because I counldn’t drink it.  I still leave a bit at the bottom but with less sea salt that I added it much better.  Tomorrow is Monday and I go back to work so we will see how it goes.

I’m BACK!!!!

Hello my LOVIES!

I know I have been missing in action for quiet some time and for that I apologize.  I have been metamorphosing. Yes, I have been on a journey to major transformation.  I have been meditating and I can not wait to share all of those things with you.  In the meantime I send you of with this:

 

Small changes done constantly over a long period of time equals success.

Beautiful Sunset!!!!

Look at this amazing sunset.  I took this picture while going on a walk.  I needed to be away from the noise and listen to my inner self talking to me.  I love being surrounded by nature, I find peace. 

I love sunsets they are an indication of a ending and a beginning.  In life it is like this.  If you had a bad day just remember you will be blessed with the opportunity to start over. 

Don’t stay stuck on the day that is ending.  Wake up to a better opportunity to shine.

Dream, Dream away!

I'm always being told, "You are such a dreamer".  "You can never seem to focus on one thing", and I am even given the run down of my list of faded dreams.

1. learn how to do artifical nails and nail art
2. Design my own clothing line or t-shirt line
3. be a photographer
4. My most recent: NOW my dream of makeup

I see it like this, I love to dream!!!!  Dreams are where everything starts.  All we see around us was a dream someone had at one point in there life.  My dreams are a form of my artistic vision.  They all coincide.  Nails and nail art, makeup, photography = art!

Don't stop dreaming.  When you stop dreaming you stop believing that anything is this life is possible. NEVER lose your child like innocence.  Remember when we were kids we would lay down outside in the lawn or in the back of your dads pick up just staring up at the sky and begin to dream.  As we get older we stop dreaming because we get caught up in our everyday lives.  I constantly tell myself man I wish I was a kid again and I bet you do too.

Keep dreaming no matter what people tell you.  I will be dreaming right along with you!!!!!!
